1. Cuomo: Ban Repeat Sexual Crime Perpetrators From Subways

Gov. Cuomo says people who repeatedly commit sexual crimes on New York City's subways should be prohibited from using the transit service.

The Democrat told reporters he would support banning anyone who is twice convicted of groping, inappropriate touching or other lewd acts on the subway.

The governor weighed in after New York City Councilman Chris Deutsch proposed a lifetime ban as a way to reduce sex crimes on the subway.

2. Critics Question Policy On Photos of Climbable NYC Sculpture

Days after a climbable sculpture called the Vessel opened at New York's Hudson Yards megadevelopment, critics are questioning a policy that grants the attraction's owners broad rights to use photos posted by visitors.

The 150-foot lattice of stairways opened Friday on Manhattan's west side.

Terms and conditions that visitors must click on to secure a free ticket include language granting the Vessel the right "in perpetuity" to publish or distribute any photos and videos of the structure posted by visitors on social media.

3. Woodstock 50th Anniversary Concert Line-Up Revealed

Jay-Z, Dead & Company and the Killers will headline one of the 50th anniversary shows commemorating the groundbreaking Woodstock festival this summer.

Woodstock co-founder Michael Lang announced Tuesday that Miley Cyrus, Santana, Imagine Dragons, Robert Plant and The Sensational Space Shifters, the Black Keys and Chance the Rapper will also perform at the Woodstock 50 Music and Arts Fair, which will take place Aug. 16-18 in Watkins Glen, New York, about 115 miles northwest of the original site.

The event is separate from an anniversary concert planned at the site of the original festival in 1969.
