1. Man Detained by ICE After Delivering Pizza to NYC Military Base

A man could be deported after delivering a pizza to a military base in Brooklyn. 

Officials at Fort Hamilton held the deliveryman after getting a hit for an open warrant from ICE last week when he showed up to deliver a pie. 

ICE says the man has been in the country without authorization since 2010. His wife is an American citizen and say she is grasping for answers.

2. Dozens of NJ, NY Beaches Test Postive for Fecal Bacteria

You may want to think twice before your next beach outing. 

Two dozen beaches on the Jersey Shore and Long Island have tested positive for some nasty bacteria -- including some that's found in animal and human feces. 

Officials in New York and New Jersey have issued advisories against bathing at the beaches.

3. Captain Lawrence, Carvel Team Up for 'Fudgie the Beer'

If you like ice cream cakes and beer, then Carvel and Captain Lawrence Brewing Company have a treat for you. 

The two companies teamed up to create "Fudgie the Beer." The new stout was just released last weekend and comes complete with chocolate fudge and chocolate crunchies.

The brew was so popular it sold out within a day, but Captain Lawrence says you can get more next week.
