1. Fiveboro Bike Tour to Shut Down Many NYC Streets

On Sunday, 40 miles worth of NYC streets will be completely shut down for the Fiveboro Bike Tour. 

That's more than a marathon, so this is your friendly reminder that traffic will be a disaster.

2. Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Jersey City

Happy Cinco de Mayo, New Yorkers. 

There are so many places to celebrate, but Jersey City is at the top of the list. Gringo's Tacos is hosting a lively indoor and outdoor fiesta with music, colorful cocktails, fun takes on Mexican food and even some pinata action. 

They also created a Girl Scout Samoa Cookie Donut that you don't want to miss.

3. Bronx Zoo Has Loads of Family Fun This Weekend

Need a fun family event to this weekend? Well, boogie on down to the Bronx Zoo. 

The weekend event series that runs through June 3 features music and activities that showcase NYC's diverse culture.
