1. Apparent Map Hack Makes Snapchat, Other Apps Show 'Jewtropolis' Instead of NYC

Users of popular apps including Snapchat and StreetEasy were stunned Thursday morning to see New York City replaced on some maps with a new label — "Jewtropolis."

Screenshots posted to social media showed a wide variety of apps appeared to be affected, depending on how closely people zoomed into maps of the city.

Other apps affected, based on screenshots posted online, included Zillow, CitiBike and Jump Bikes.

The Anti-Defamation League issued a statement saying this was "clearly an act of anti-Semitism."

2. Friend Gives Cancer-Stricken Father a Billboard in Times Square to Help Him Find a Kidney

A Long Island man searching for a kidney donor hopes a billboard at the Crossroads of the World will speed up his search.

A billboard in Times Square, near the TKTS staircase, bears a photo of Great Neck resident Marc Weiner and the URL to his website, www.HelpMarcFindAKidney.com.

Weiner was diagnosed with “aggressive” bladder cancer in 2015 that eventually spread to both of his kidneys, according to his website. Doctors removed his kidneys and bladder to eliminate the cancer, but he’s now forced to undergo “debilitating dialysis three times every week,” he wrote on his site.

The answers are in from Thursday's poll. 

We asked which NYC celebs should be the voice of the subway after Seth Rogen started doing transit PSAs in Canada. 

The winner is....Robert De Niro. And he would efinetly bring the drama to the job. 

The Bronx's-own Cardi B came in second and Sarah Jessica Parker, JerrySeinfeld and Lady Gaga got a bunch of votes, too.
