A New York organization dedicated to helping women in the workplace has been sued for discrimination by members of a men's group for not letting them into certain events. The founder of the women's group, Ladies Get Paid, says she was forced to settle the case and that the legal fees were "crippling."
Now an investigation by NBC San Diego has found this is not the first time members of the National Coalition for Men has sued for discrimination under a particular California law. In fact, the lawyer behind this suit has filed hundreds of sex discrimination lawsuits.
