L Train Service Resumes Between Manhattan, Brooklyn After Investigation at Union Square

L train service has resumed between Manhattan and Brooklyn after an earlier investigation at Union Square forced service to be suspended just as the evening rush was getting underway. 

The FDNY has been responding to a report of a person struck by a train in Union Square late Wednesday afternoon, causing service to be suspended between 8th Avenue and Bedford Avenue.

Customers should expect residual delays.
