Police are looking for the teenager they said knocked out a 43-year-old in front of a Brooklyn Shake Shack, then took a selfie with his victim afterward.
Authorities said the 43-year-old man was walking out of the burger chain's Old Fulton Street location, just steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, when he was accosted by a teen who wailed him in the face.
The punch knocked the man out cold. Police said that the teen -- thought to be about 16 -- then leaned over his victim and snapped a selfie. It's not clear if the image was ever posted online.
The teen then ran off, according to police. The man was taken to the hospital with a head injury after the attack and is recovering from a head injury.
The attack comes one day after another woman who was knocked out in a random attack told News 4 that her attacker's punch was like being hit "with a two-by-four."
That attack, on Sept. 25, was being investigated as a possible case of the "knockout game." It's not clear if Thursday's attack is also linked to the random attacks that left New Yorkers looking over their shoulders as they walked through the city in fear of random punches in 2013.
