A kitten was rescued Tuesday by Port Authority police after allegedly being left in a car for four days at JFK Airport, authorities say.

According to PAPD, the rescued by the Emergency Service Unit after the kitten was unknowingly left in a Delta Airlines employee’s car while the employee was allegedly out of the country.

It is not immediately clear if the Delta employee will face charges in connection to the incident.

The kitten, now named “Miss Delta,” was taken to Animal Care Centers of NYC in Rego Park.

The animal center did not immediately return request for comment.

The kitten's condition is unkown.
