A group of four individuals are wanted in connection with stealing $80,000 from a man in Brooklyn, authorities said.
On July 10 in the afternoon, two men approached the 24-year-old victim and demanded his belongings, police said. Another man and a woman acted as lookouts in the meantime, police said.
When the victim refused, one of the men flashed a handgun and snatched the victim's backpack from his shoulder, which had $80,000, police said. The group then fled eastbound on East 21st Street.
The victim is a business owner who was coming from a store, dropping off the funds at the bank, police said.
One of the men was seen getting out of a black sedan prior the robbery, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
