Giant ‘Trump Baby' Blimp Could Be Heading to Bedminster, New Jersey

A “Trump baby” blimp that floated over London during President Donald Trump’s visit to the U.K. last week could be heading to New Jersey.

Activist Didier Jiminez-Castro, of Hillsborough, launched a GoFundMe page on Friday that aims to bring the 20-foot, diaper-clad blimp to Bedminster, where Trump has a golf course.

As of Sunday evening, the page had raised $5,815 — surpassing its original $4,500 goal.

“While watching the news, I made the amazing discovery of Baby Trump blimp at the London protests,” Jiminez-Castro wrote on the page. “I got together with local organizers and we agreed we need to bring Baby Trump to Bedminster where he plays golf on the regular.”

The activist told NJ Advance Media he is in the process of ordering the blimp and expects it to arrive by mid-August.

“The baby Trump is not just a piece of humor, but it is also a symbol of the administration,” he told the outlet. “It’s symbolic of the children that are in cages, it’s a symbol of racism, and we know that he hates to be ridiculed.”

Trump visited his Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster earlier this month.
