A Tasty Burger Pop-Up is Coming to NYC

First We Feast is launching a limited-time burger pop-up to celebrate its new series, “The Burger Show."

The YouTube show premiered Feb. 6, and it takes a look at modern burger culture. It's hosted by Chef Alvin Cailan.

Cailan will host the pop-up event at The Nolitan Hotel from March 6-13. Fans of burgers and the show can dine from an exclusive menu of four unique burgers.

The “All Black Truffle Everything Burger” consists of black truffle aioli, truffled beef patty, Gruyère truffle cheese and caramelized Gamay onions on a toasty brioche bun. Episode one of the Burger Show inspired the burger, where Cailan and “Man v. Food’s” Adam Richman tasted the city’s fanciest burgers.

In Episode two, Cailan and hamburger expert George Motz toured regional American burgers. The “Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger” is an all-beef patty smashed with thinly sliced sweet onions and smothered with American cheese on a toasted Martin's Potato roll.

The “Shack-N-Out Burger” inspired by episode three is a fusion of two of America’s favorite burger joints. Piled high with American cheese, grilled onions, chopped chilies, lettuce and Special Sauce, the two all-beef patty sits on a potato bun.

The fourth burger is monstrous. It feeds two to three people. The “Big Bad Burger Burrito” is a stunt burger inspired by episode four. The burger has five all-beef patties, American cheese, jalapeño jack cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, guacamole and French fries between a potato roll. It is then wrapped in a gigantic flour tortilla.

The pop-up opens at 4 p.m. and there is a limited 125 burgers available each day.
