Doctor Struck, Killed by Car in Front of Hospital Where He Worked: NYPD

Dr. Siu Lee was crossing against the light when he was struck, police say

A doctor was struck and killed by a car Monday in front of the Queens hospital where he worked, police say.

Dr. Siu Lee, 55, was crossing Booth Memorial Drive against the light at 141st Street in Flushing at about 6:30 p.m. when he was struck, according to NYPD. 

Lee, of Woodbury, was pronounced dead at New York Hospital-Queens, where he was employed. 

The driver stayed on the scene, and charges are not expected, police said.
