Two children were injured when a deck collapsed at a Rockland County home where dozens of children were attending a party, officials say.
Several children were on the deck of the Linderman Lane home in Monsey when it partially collapsed at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Ramapo police. Around 40 children were attending a party at the house.
Two had minor injuries and were taken to Nyack Hospital, where they were treated and released.
It's not clear how the deck collapsed.
