Two Long Islanders face drug charges after police say they sold drugs using Craigslist, advertising MDMA as “party favors” and heroin as “buns.”
Nassau County police say that narcotics agents contacted the two suspects on the popular classifieds site about buying the drugs on Tuesday. The suspects allegedly met officers at a location and on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore and bought 30 packets of heroin.
They two suspects were arrested immediately afterward on multiple drug charges. One of the two suspects allegedly had an additional 30 packets of heroin.
Both suspects were set to be arraigned in Hempstead on Wednesday
