A teenage volunteer language program counselor forced a 6-year-old student to engage in sexual activity, prosecutors allege.
The 17-year-old counselor is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault by sexual contact and child endangerment.
His name has not been released due to his age.
Bergen County prosecutors say the boy forcibly engaged in "inappropriate sexual activity" on numerous occasions with the girl at the English Language Learner summer enrichment program at a Fair Lawn elementary school.
