Two people were hurt after a car careened into a parked vehicle and a building in New Jersey Tuesday morning, authorities say.
Video from the scene at Lexington and East Clifton avenues in Clifton shows a black car speeding down East Clifton Avenue before crashing into a car parked on Lexington Avenue at about 10 a.m.
The video shows both vehicles hop the curb before pulverizing the concrete wall of a store at the corner. The vehicles then come to a rest, the video shows.
Authorities say that the driver of the black car and a passenger were both hurt in the crash. The driver is in serious condition at St. Joseph's Medical Center. The passenger is also at the hospital in stable condition.
The other vehicle was unoccupied, and there were no reports of injuries to people inside the building.
It's not clear why the car was speeding down the roadway, or if charges will be filed in the wreck.
