One of the 33 men whose dramatic rescue from a collapsed mine in Chile was cheered by a worldwide audience will be visiting New Jersey on Thursday.
Miner Mario Sepulveda is scheduled to speak at Seton Hall University. He'll be accompanied by the doctor who designed an exercise and stress management program for the trapped miners.
Sepulveda plans to speak about the work of his Miner's Miracle Foundation. It was set up to help those affected by last year's earthquake in Chile and now will assist victims of the devastation in Japan.
Seton Hall will make a donation to aid the foundation's work.
Sepulveda and 32 others survived 69 days underground following the Aug. 5 collapse of the San Jose mine in Chile.
