Police say a 33-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head through the front door of his Brooklyn home.
The Daily News reports that the man was heading to his front door on Menahan Street near Wyckoff Avenue in Bushwick when someone opened fire.
A bullet went through the door and hit the victim in the head.
He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.
The shooter remains on the loose.
