Police say they believe a Brooklyn mother has fled the country with her 7-year-old daughter in violation of a custody court order.
The girl’s father dropped 7-year-old Kaia off with her mother, 44-year-old Ulrike Berger, on March 21 at her home on Butler Street in Boerum Hill, according to police. The next day, Berger allegedly took the child to Germany.
