Police are searching for a man they say has been slashing pedestrians at random along a street in the Bronx.

The first reported attack happened at about 8:50 p.m. Sunday in front of 3467 Boston Rd. in Williamsbridge. The slasher approached a 60-year-old man and cut him on the left side of the neck with an unknown object, said police. 

Then on Monday, at about 1:10 p.m., the attacker walked past a 65-year-old woman in front of 3631 Boston Rd. and slashed her on the left side of the face, again with an unknown object, according to police.

The man did not speak to either of the victims before he attacked, and he did not take any property from them, police said. 

Both victims were taken to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.

The attacker is described as being about 5 feet 9 inches and 150 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt.
