Broadway Stars Head to Jersey Shore for Free Summer Concert Series

Stars from "Anastasia," "A Bronx Tale," "School of Rock" and more are set to perform in Seaside Heights.

Cast members from some of Broadway's biggest hit shows will be singing and dancing their way down to Seaside Heights for a series of free performances this summer.

The "Broadway Meets the Beach" concert series will kick off on Sunday, July 1 at 6 p.m. when the cast of "Gettin' the Band Back Together" performs on the Franklin Avenue Stage.

"Anastasia" will be the next musical to take the Franklin Avenue Stage on August 6.

Finally, on August 13, the casts of "A Bronx Tale," "Beautiful (The Carol King Musical)," "School of Rock" and "The Play That Goes Wrong" will end the series with a supersized performance on the Beach Stage.

In addition to enjoying a selection of songs from each musical, attendees will also be given the chance to win prizes including Broadway tickets, fine dining experiences, and autographed CDs. Fans will even have the opportunity to meet the actors at a designated booth following the show.
