Brick Thrower Seen Going to Roof Moments Before MTA Bus Impaled by Plunging Chunk of Concrete: Police

The alleged brick thrower who chucked a piece of concrete from a Bronx rooftop onto a moving MTA bus below, injuring a 19-year-old rider inside, has been captured on surveillance video, police say.

The brick hit the MTA bus as it moved along Ogden Avenue Sunday night, ripping open the top of the bus and hurting the teen passenger inside, police said. There were 25 people on the bus at the time.
