A man wearing a bow tie grabbed a 12-year-old’s rear end as she walked on a Manhattan street Tuesday, police said.
The victim and her mother called 911 at about 4:30 p.m. after she was groped by the suspect on 28th Street near 10th Avenue in Chelsea, cops said.
The 12-year-old was walking on the sidewalk when the suspect grabbed her buttocks as he passed her walking the other direction, authorities said.
The girl ran home and immediately told her mother, who then called the police.
Cops say the suspect was last seen wearing dark green pants and a bow tie.
