Barclays Center Locks Out Fans After Stampede Outside Hip-Hop Concert

Fans without tickets to a show at Brooklyn's Barclays Center tried to storm the venue Thursday night, forcing security workers and police to lock the doors.

A representative for the arena said that no one else was permitted into the sold-out Power 105.1 Powerhouse concert after the kerfuffle, and no one -- including actual ticketholders -- was allowed inside afterward.

The representative said that ticketholders who couldn't get into the concert could get refunds where they bought them.

Videos posted to social media show hundreds of fans crowded in the square outside Barclays' main entrance.

Dozens of other fans took to social media to vent about being locked out. Some even said authorities used tear gas or pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

Despite the lockout, the concert -- which included sets by The Weeknd, Migos, French Montana and Cardi B -- went on as planned.

No injuries or arrests were reported.
