Police say they’ve arrested an Access-A-Ride driver who exposed himself to an elderly passenger earlier this month in the Bronx.
Driver Christopher Medina, 26, was dropping off the 73-year-old woman at her apartment on East 174th Street when he asked if he could use her bathroom, the NYPD said.
While he was in the bathroom, the woman heard him moaning, so she went to check on him and found him standing in her hallway holding his erect penis in his hand, police said.
The woman started to yell and Medina allegedly fled.
He turned himself in to police Sunday and was charged with public lewdness. It wasn’t clear if he had an attorney who could comment on the charges.
