Workers at New York City's “21” club are accusing the famous eatery of withholding part of their tips.
A federal lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Manhattan by more than 30 waiters, bartenders and busboys.
They say banquet service customers are charged 21.75 percent for gratuities, but the workers only get 18 percent.
The restaurant declined comment, saying it has not seen the lawsuit.

The storied “21” is known for its traditional atmosphere and powerbroker clientele. Its entrance is lined with brightly painted figures of jockeys.
According to its Web site, the speakeasy-turned-restaurant was home to the affluent “horsy” set as far back as the early 1930s. Breeders began donating the jockeys as symbols of their horse farms.
