    Chopper 4 was at the scene in New York City where a window-cleaning scaffolding had become partially detached Tuesday afternoon, leaving the scaffolding hanging sky-high over the city at Columbus Circle.

    Two workers have been rescued from a dangling scaffold at a high-rise at Columbus Circle.

    The FDNY says the workers were rescued on the 70th floor before firefighters got there around 1 p.m., but the firefighters were helping to secure the scaffold. 

    There was no report of any injuries.
