New Jersey Homes Evacuated After Driver Crashes into Gas Line

The families will not be let into their Keasbey homes for at least a couple of hours

More than a dozen New Jersey families were ordered out of their homes Tuesday afternoon after a car crashed into a building and gas line, police said.

The driver crashed into the line at Highland Avenue in Keasbey, N.J., about 5:30 p.m. and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

After the crash, the gas line was cut off. The evacuations will be in place for the next several hours.
