5-Alarm Fire at New Jersey Recycling Plant

The fire broke out at a facility in an industrial area where there may be hazardous materials.

Firefighters fled to the scene of a 5-alarm warehouse fire Friday in Woodbridge, N.J.

The blaze at 19 Crow Mills Rd. broke out at a facility in an industrial area Friday night when the plant was closed. The cause is still unknown.

Fire departments from several municipalities as well as the Perth Amboy Fire Department and FDNY fireboats are assisting in controling the fire.

The warehouse has possible hazardous materials.

Two ambulances are on the scene, but no injuries have been reported.
