A 70-year-old woman with a mental disorder has gone missing in Manhattan, police said.
Dahlia Lozada, who has bipolar disorder, was last seen inside her Upper West Side apartment at 4 p.m. on Friday, police said.
She wears thick glasses, and was last seen wearing a gray hat, a dark navy blue zipped hooded sweater and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
