A woman went back to man's Meatpacking District hotel room and left with his diamond ring, police said.
The woman was in the man's room at the Standard Hotel on March 17 at about 4 a.m., authorities said.
She then took his diamond engagement ring and fled the room, police said.
The suspect is still at large, police said.
