A woman was shot at a baseball park in Brooklyn Sunday night, officials say.
The victim, a 40-year-old woman, was standing with her boyfriend in front of a car outside 5 Diamond baseball park in East New York just after 8 p.m., when another vehicle drove up on them, police said.
The woman was then shot at least one time in the back, authorities said.
She was taken to an area hospital, where she is listed in stable condition, police said. She is expected to survive, according to police.
An unknown male and two females fled in a dark-colored sedan, officials said.
It was not immediately clear why the woman was shot. No arrests have been made.
