70-Year-Old Woman Punched Twice in Face in Bronx Grocery Store: NYPD

A 70-year-old woman was roughed up inside a Bronx grocery store, police say.

Officials say on Sept. 28, the woman had gotten into an argument with a man and a woman inside Key Food on Jerome Avenue in Norwood that eventually turned physical.

The NYPD did not say what led to the argument turning violent, however, they say the woman was punched once in the face by both suspects who then ran out of the store.

Police released surveillance footage of the duo in connection with the attack in Key Food.

The woman was not seriously injured and she refused medical treatment at the scene.
