Woman Hit by Bike on Queensboro Fractured Skull

Lingbo Shen tells the Daily News that she was hit from behind while walking home on Thursday evening

A Queens woman has a fractured skull after she was hit by a speeding bicyclist in a pedestrian lane of the Queensboro Bridge.
 
Lingbo Shen tells the Daily News that she was hit from behind while walking home on Thursday evening.

She woke up in the emergency room.
 
Besides the cracked skull, she suffered a broken collar bone and three fractured ribs.
 
The bicyclist also received hospital treatment. He told police he was riding downhill when Shen stepped into his path.

No summons has been issued.
 
Shen says she's been walking over the bridge for three years. She thinks those days are over.
