Police are trying to track down a woman cops say brutally beat a woman during a robbery in Brooklyn.
It wasn’t immediately clear why the suspect targeted the 30-year-old woman outside a grocery store on Hegeman Avenue in East New York last month, but the NYPD said she threw the victim to the ground and punched her repeatedly.
After the beating, the woman took the victim’s bag from her and took off, police said.

Officials took the woman to an area hospital after complaining of pain, but her condition Monday morning wasn’t known.
Surveillance footage shows the suspect, who authorities want to find, wearing a hat and a yellow shirt.
