An elderly woman who fell onto the tracks at an elevated subway station in Brooklyn was helped up by fellow straphangers or MTA workers and rushed to a nearby hospital, the FDNY said.
The woman fell onto the tracks at the Hewes Street station shortly before noon.
She was transported to Bellevue Hospital in serious condition.
