Woman Accused of Deadly Long Island Gas Station Crash Due in Court

The woman accused of causing a deadly accident at a Long Island gas station is due in court Friday.

Renee McKinney will be arraigned after being inducted by a grand jury.

McKinney drove into a gas pump at a Mobil Station in Shirley, pinning a 62-year-old woman, Rosalie Koenig, against her car, police said.

Police claim McKinney was on drugs and passed out behind the wheel of her car on Jan. 14.

Koenig later died.
