The weekend should remain dry and breezy with lots of sunshine. Saturday's high could reach 47 degrees, about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year. Temperatures Sunday will be about the same.
 
Monday the cold air returns, along with a flurry or two at night, though no major accumulations are expected. A Frigid airmass will settle in for most of next week, with wind chills below zero possible in the suburbs.
 
Expect chilly conditions in Washington D.C. Monday for the inauguration, with a few snow showers possible.
