WATCH: NYPD Officer Shows Off Dance Moves at Brooklyn Block Party

Another NYPD officer is showing off his dance moves a month after videos showing cops dancing with parade-goers at the Gay Pride Parade went viral.

Video posted to YouTube shows Officer James Ferrazzo of the 79th precinct dancing the “Nae Nae” with Bedford-Stuyvestant residents at a neighborhood block party last weekend.

The video, which has been viewed nearly 200,000 times since it was posted on July 26, shows Ferrazzo pump and wave his arms to the song “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” by rapper Silento as community members laugh and dance along.

The NYPD says he and other officers threw a football with neighborhood kids and chatted with residents over food.

In June, Mayor de Blasio and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton outlined a new community policing strategy that they say will put more beat cops in neighborhood precincts to improve the relationship between officers and the communities they serve.
