Tenth Arrest in Bronx Anti-Gay Gang Attack

Cops have made yet another collar in the horrific case of a Bronx gang that allegedly beat and tortured three men whom they believed were gay.

The NYPD on Tuesday afternoon announced the arrest of Jose Dominguez, 22 -- making him the tenth person to be arrested in connection to the vicious attack.

Dominguez, of Loring Place South in University Heights, is being charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and aggravated assault, all as hate crimes.

Police say at least ten members of the "Latin King Goonies" gang went on a rampage on Oct. 3 after hearing a rumor that one of their teenage recruits was gay.

Investigators say the 17-year-old was stripped, beaten and sodomized with a plunger handle until he confessed to having had sex with a 30-year-old man.

Police say the group found a second teen they suspected was gay and tortured both him and the 30-year-old for three hours.
