Two teens attacked a driver after he almost hit them in an Upper East Side crosswalk, pulling him out of his vehicle before burning and beating him, witnesses say.

The two teens were crossing the intersection of Second Avenue and 96th Street around 3:30 p.m. Friday when the black sedan nearly hit them, according to witnesses.

The duo walked around to the driver’s side of the car, threw coffee on the driver and attacked him, witnesses say.

Police took the driver to Metropolitan Hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition, according to authorities. His nose had been broken.

Police officers were at the scene investigating Friday evening.
