Robbers Tie Up Workers, Flee With Phones Worth $25K

Police in Linden, N.J. are searching for a trio of robbers who made off with more than $25,000 worth of cell phones from a T-Mobile store.

The robbers entered the store and tied up three workers there late Thursday afternoon, police said. They were wearing hooded sweatshirts and ski masks, and one of them had a gun.

They filled two duffel bags with the phones and took off in a white SUV -- possibly a Range Rover with New York-issued license plates. A third person was waiting in the getaway car.

No cash was taken.

Police are still investigating.
