Suspects Sought in BK Elevator Armed Robbery

The suspects pointed firearms at the victim when he tried to get his cell phone back, police say

Police are looking for two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery in a Brooklyn elevator over the weekend.

Authorities say the two suspects stole a 44-year-old man's cell phone as he walked out of the elevator in a building on W. 27th Street late Sunday morning. The victim tried to follow the suspects, who brandished firearms and pointed them in his direction, police say.

The suspects then ran off. The victim was not hurt.

Both suspects are described as being between the ages of 18 and 25 years old. One was wearing a black zip-up sweatshirt, a dark ski cap, light pants and black shoes.

The other suspect wore a black jacket with green stripes on the arm and a white hooded sweatshirt underneath. He had on blue jeans and red sneakers.
