The Staten Island ferry terminal on the St. George side has reopened after police activity there shut it down briefly, the New York City Department of Transportation says.
Outbound service from St. George was briefly suspended as police investigated a report of a suspicious package.
Police cleared the terminal and service resumed shortly afterward.
