Spate of Car Vandalism Investigated in Upper Manhattan

Police are investigating a dozen recent instances of car vandalism within a few Upper Manhattan blocks.

Of the dozen cars that were vandalized, nine were near 190th Street and Cabrini Boulevard in Hudson Heights. Another was hit on 190th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, one on Cabrini Boulevard and Fort Washington Avenue, and another on Fort George Hill and Nagle Avenue.

Four of the cars also had items stolen, including tools, CDs and chargers.

Detectives are looking into whether the same person is responsible for all 12 instances of vandalism.
