Police are investigating the death of a newborn baby at a Queens home just after noon Wednesday.
Emergency responders were called to a home on 120th Avenue in South Jamaica at about 12:30 p.m. for an unconscious baby, according to police.
When officers arrived, they discovered the baby unconscious and unresponsive. EMS pronounced the baby dead on arrival.
The medical examiner was expected to determine the cause of death. Police said investigation was continuing.
