Police are investigating after a man was shot dead in Brooklyn Tuesday morning.
Officials say the 28-year-old man was shot multiple times around 11 a.m. inside an apartment on East 23rd Street, near Foster Avenue.
Neighbors in the quiet neighborhood said they heard shots.
