Five people were hurt when a school bus carrying children with special needs was involved in an accident in Brooklyn Wednesday morning, authorities say.
Fire officials say the bus was involved in an accident near Shore Parkway West and West Second Street shortly before 8 a.m.
It wasn't clear if the five people who were injured were students. The extent of their injuries wasn't known.
