Car Plows Into Woman, Toddler in Brooklyn Bus Stop Hit-Run: NYPD

Police say they're looking for the driver of an SUV that blew through a stop light and plowed into a woman and toddler sitting at a bus stop in a hit-and-run last week.

The vehicle, a blue Infiniti with unknown plates, ran a light at Nostrand Avenue and Kings Highway in Sheepshead Bay on Sept. 17 before hitting the 70-year-old woman and 2-year-old boy at the stop.

Afterward, the vehicle left the scene.

The toddler and woman were both taken to the hospital in unknown condition, the FDNY says.

Anyone with information about the hit-and-run is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
