Suspect Points Gun Over Register, Steals $400 in Broad Daylight Bronx Robbery: NYPD

Police are looking for a robber who hit a Bronx liquor store in broad daylight Monday afternoon, pointing a handgun over the counter and demanding all the cash from the store’s register.

The robber pointed a gun at a 23-year-old clerk in the store on East Tremont Avenue and told her to give him everything in the register at about 2 p.m., police say. The clerk followed the man’s commands, putting about $400 in a bag.

Then, after the robber had the money, he left the store.
